Domestic Japan Model - PRL-20BVJ-2B (PRL-20BV-2B)

This model is being produced under a tie-up with BirdLife International of England.
Through this tie-up, the CASIO PRO TREK and PRO TREK Ley are supporting activities such as the conservation and research of wild bird habitats, which are being seriously threatened by uncontrolled human development.
Turning on the EL backlight displays an endangered bird species, and the back of the watch is engraved with the official emblem of BirdLife International.
The cloth band is embroidered with figures of soaring birds, and its inside is decorated with a Tartan plaid pattern favored by naturalists. Some Ley models also feature a trekking counter.

BirdLife International
This organization was founded in England in 1923 to protect wild birds. Today its membership is made up of more than 26 organizations based in more than 80 countries. BirdLife International conducts worldwide activities aimed at protecting wild birds against extinction and conserving their natural habitat.

The back of the case and the band patch are inscribed with the official mark of BirdLife International.
The band is decorated using the Tartan plaid of Scotland.
Turning on the EL backlight causes the image of a bird that is in danger of extinction to appear to float above the display. (Spheniscus demersus – off the southern coast of Africa)
