It is perfect for laboratory use.HARIO, a manufacturer of heatproof glass, has been producing laboratory glass since 1921. As the only manufacturer in Japan that has an α32 heatproof furnace, we also produce hand-blown products. With the hand-blown technology that has been nurtured in Japan, we were able to produce the first generation Kamiokande (neutrino detector) and glass music instruments. Laboratory glass of the HARIO brand is supported by an established history and trustworthy raw materials.

Glass and blank products for laboratory use
HARIO's glass and blank products for laboratory use are made of heatproof glass featuring a coefficient of linear expansion of 32Xl0-7cm/deg (30-330℃). We use only strictly selected raw materials including even chemicals to control bubbles in glass. These products are manufactured at our Koga factory in Ibraraki Prefecture. Almost no raw materials dissolve during experimental work at laboratories. Our heatproof, colorless and transparent products enable users to easily judge contents.
