A: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 24-72 hours of payment confirmation. Delivery time depends on your location and selected shipping method.

Q: Are taxes included in the product price?

A: Product prices listed do not include local taxes (e.g., VAT/GST). For international orders, customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the customer and may be collected upon delivery.

Q: Does the shipping cost include customs duties(tariff)?

A: No, shipping fees do not cover customs duties or import taxes. These charges, if applicable, are determined by your country's regulations and must be paid by the recipient.

Q: What does the shipping cost include, and is delivery trackable?

A: Our shipping costs are calculated based on weight (0.5kg per watch) + a HK$100 handling fee per order. All shipments are sent via trackable courier services, including: SF Express (primary courier), Hong Kong Post (alternative option).
A tracking number and link will be emailed to you immediately after dispatch.

Q: How do new U.S. tariffs affect orders shipped from Hong Kong to the United States?

A: Effective [May 2, 2025], goods imported from Hong Kong to the U.S. may be subject to a 145% tariff imposed by the U.S. government.

  • Cancellation policy: If an order is canceled due to unexpected tariffs, refunds may be subject to deductions for payment processing fees (e.g., PayPal/Stripe currency conversion or transaction charges).

Q: Can I return or exchange items shipped internationally?

A: Currently, our return/exchange policy applies only to orders delivered within Hong Kong. Unfortunately, we cannot process returns or exchanges for international shipments due to logistical and compliance complexities.
